The Busy Parent
Have you got parenting books which sit on the shelf unread? You have the best of intentions, but there never seems to be enough time or energy to sit down and really digest it all.
You know the content could be helpful, but actually getting it read is easier said than done.
This book club will help you get that book read and feel better equipped to support your child.
When you’re a busy parent it can be hard to find the time and headspace to read any book, let alone one which probably means a lot of thinking about how to apply it, or worse might make you feel guilty about all the things which haven’t gone right.
I get it! I have plenty of books which gather dust BUT I also know how much difference certain books have made to my parenting. This is why I’ve set up The Busy Parent Book Club.
Instead of an expectation to read a book a month you just sign up to:

Who IS this book club for?
Parents who are constantly learning and want to explore, discuss and understand better how they can best support their child.
This group is run by Julie Cresswell, mum, coaching and founder of Optimum Parent & Family Coaching which was set up to support parents to make family life a calmer, happier experience.

The session is run using a coaching based approach designed to give you space to explore your own knowledge and signpost you to helpful resources. Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling, advice or any type of therapy.
