If you find yourself wondering "Is it just me?" then you'll understand the value of a shared journey. Group programmes are a great opportunity to meet others on a similar journey, find connection, encouragement and learn from one another's experiences.
I deliberately keep group sizes small so that they are safe, supportive and you get plenty of coaching input. Currently they are all run via zoom.
