THINKING SPACE -
THE WELLBEING HOUR

Do you find that your well-being consistently drops to the bottom of the priority list?

Would you and your family benefit from you feeling calmer, decluttering your head and having achieveable steps forward?

When you're running on empty it's much harder to be the parent you want to be.

This gets worse when your child is struggling and it feels like family life has turned into a battle.

The truth is your wellbeing as a parent makes a huge difference to how you are able to support your child.

But in the daily chaos of life, that isn't always easy.

Run by Julie Cresswell, a coach experienced in working with parents, including those of children with SEN, trauma and neurodiversity.

These sessions offer a structured, supportive approach which recognises the very real challenges of family life.

What are the costs?

Thinking Space Wellbeing Hour Sessions are free to Thinking Space Group Members.

Membership costs £1.50 per year and covers the cost of a digital coaching contract which will be e-mailed to you via Signable once you have made payment.*

The membership charge is made when you book your first session.

After that you'll be sent a code so you can book future sessions without having to repay the membership charge.

What's the catch?

It is free because resources are often a big obstacle to prioritising wellbeing for parents.

On booking you'll be offered the opportunity to make a donation to support a very special family whose son Josh has a life limiting condition called Batten Disease.

There's no expectation you will, but if you do feel able to it would be much appreciated.

You can find out more about Josh and his journey or about Batten Disease through the following links:

You can donate directly or you will be given the option to make a donation as you book your place.

Sometimes you need to know you're not alone. You need to feel seen and heard, you need a helping hand to be the parent you want to be.
